3. MCS forum is not liable for any errors or typos which appear in your advertisement(s) (regardless of whether the relevant error is our responsibility or yours).

We reserve the rights to (at our sole discretion) verify the availability of articles offered for sale and to select, edit, condense, determine the duration of, change the nominated category of, or refuse, an advertisement. Advertisement(s) may be cancelled or withdrawn (at our sole discretion) any time, not necessary in informing the source of the advertisment(s).

5. There should not be any posting of car licence plate numbers in any folders, with the exclusion of Mazda Motors Feedback folder.

6. There should not be any obscene, threatening, indecent or defamatory material in any folders in the MCS forum. Should there be such materials found, MCS forum will reserves the rights to disclose IP address and identity of poster.

7. Please utilise the "MCS ChiLLounge" folder for friendly chit chat, jokes, friendly banter and other unrelated stuff. However, this folder does not excludes you from any legal implications if there is found to be any form of defamatory materials.
